We offer free & fast shipping in Sweden.

      • our delivery time is Sweden: 1-2 working days
      • choose between different delivery options on our checkout 
      • we offer fast deliveries with PostNord Sweden 
      • you will receive a tracking number by e-mail or SMS
      • depending on your selected delivery service, your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox/home or to your closest post service point - you will be notified when you can pick it up
      • you can track your PostNord shipment by typing in your tracking number via postnord.se or by using the PostNord app
      • you can track all your shipments from ekolyx.com via the Mina Paket app 
      • available shipping methods for your order are generated based on the postal code you enter before proceeding to checkout - the options that appear are ranked according to factors such as delivery stop time, estimated delivery time, order value or stock status
      • please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage & admin charges of 250 SEK for late order cancelation or resending goods

    • if your package can't be delivered to your mailbox it will be automatically delivered to your nearby PostNord Service Point
    • unfortunately, we are not able to control how your letter is delivered (mailbox, outside the door or delivery point), this is a judgement made by PostNord
    • your package is usually at the delivery Service Point for about 7 days. During this time, two SMS notifications will be sent to you. If you still haven’t picked up your package, it is returned to us as uncollected.

PostNord Home

  • Choose the day and time of delivery
  • You'll receive a PostNord SMS with different options for the day and time of delivery, so you can select delivery at your convenience
  • The package is delivered to your door depending on the contents of the package, you might need to be home to sign for it. For most of our packaging no identification required, the courier can leave the parcel at your door. You can select this option via PostNord mobile app.

    Europe EU & EES/EEA

    We ship international orders within European Union & selected EES/EEA countries - Norway, Switzerland, Monaco. 

      • UPS - 150 SEK delivery fee (approx.15 EUR) on international orders under 1500 SEK
      • UPS Free - free shipping on international orders over 1500 SEK (approx.order value 150 EUR)
        • Delivery time Europe UPS: 2-7 working days
        • international shipments are sent with UPS & you will receive a tracking number by e-mail
        • all our prices are quoted in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include 25% VAT (sales tax)
        • If you are shopping from outside of Sweden, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency
        • please note that international non-EU/EEA parcels may be subject to customs charges in your home country. Please check your country's tax laws to find out what tax charged may apply. Any customs, import charges, or local taxes that are imposed on orders are the responsibility of the customer and not of ekolyx.com / Hedlund Holding AB.
